The District Mental Health Programme under the National Health Mission (NHM), Karimganj, successfully concluded a series of initiatives to promote mental health awareness and well-being in the community throughout World Mental Health Month, which began on October 1, 2024. With a focus on the global theme “Mental Health at Work,” NHM Karimganj aimed to foster mental wellness within workplaces, creating supportive, resilient, and stress-aware environments.Key activities included outreach camps held at Ayushman Arogya Mandirs across the district, providing mental health screenings and consultations to ensure that vital resources were accessible to all community members.
